On page 2, line 2, after "agency" strike everything through "dollars" on line 3 and insert "((, but not to exceed ten thousand dollars)) that is consistent with federal rules and regulations"

EFFECT: Removes the fifty thousand dollar limit placed on the amount the Department of Transportation can pay for reestablishment compensation, and replaces it with a general requirement that the amount to be paid be consistent with federal rules and regulations.
