On page 15, beginning on line 4 of the amendment, after "(a)" strike all material through "bargain" on line 13 and insert "A declarant ((and any)) or dealer may disclaim liability in ((an)) a separate recorded instrument signed by the purchaser for a specified defect or specified failure to comply with applicable law, if the specific defect or failure ((entered into and)) is known to exist at the time of disclosure and the defect or failure is specifically described in the disclaimer and the disclaimer clearly became a part of the basis of the bargain"
