   On page 6, line 33 of the amendment, after "technical," insert "and"

   On page 6, line 34 of the amendment, after "person" strike ", and not trivial"

EFFECT: In the context of establishing a breach of a warranty, amends the definition of "adverse effect" to remove the requirement that the defect is "not trivial." An "adverse effect" is one that is substantive, not simply technical, and significant to a reasonable person.
