   On page 1, line 11, after "involving" strike "the exercise ((of)) or failure to exercise judgment and discretion" and insert "((the exercise of judgment and discretion)) any discretionary decision or failure to make a discretionary decision"

   On page 1, line 13, after "facilities," insert "potable water facilities,"

EFFECT: Removes the language that specifically excuses civil liability for an irrigation district official who fails to exercise judgment when carrying out the duties of his or her position, and replaces the language with civil liability immunity for any discretionary decision or failure to make a discretionary decision. Adds potable water facilities to the responsibilities to which the civil liability immunity attaches.
