   On page 3, line 34 of the amendment, after "conduct a" strike "comprehensive"

   On page 4, line 2 of the amendment, after "shall," strike "as" and insert "if"

   On page 4, line 3 of the amendment, after "review" strike "and revision"

EFFECT: (1) Removes the requirement for local government seven-year master program reviews to be comprehensive. (2) Specifies that local governments shall, if necessary, revise their master programs following the required reviews. (3) Removes "and revision" reference from the stated purpose of the master program reviews.
