   On page 1, line 9, after "registration.", insert the following: "For the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2005, seven dollars of each registration fee collected shall be deposited into the Aeronautics Account, to be used solely for airport maintenance."

EFFECT: For the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2005, seven dollars of each fifteen dollar registration fee collected for pilots and airmen and airwomen will be deposited into the Aeronautics Account rather than the Aircraft Search and Rescue Safety and Education Account, to be used solely for airport maintenance.
