On page 2, after line 15, insert the following:

"(6) The relocation provisions in subsection (2) of this section apply to high-capacity transportation systems as defined in chapter 81.104 RCW."

EFFECT: Requires that high-capacity transportation systems, which are single-county entities, follow the same relocation provisions as regional transit authorities.
