EFFECT: Clarifies that existing contract provisions between Sound Transit and a private utility for reimbursement of relocation expenses must be offered to other similarly impacted private utilities. Specifies that these contract provisions are those that relate to relocation costs resulting from construction, alteration, repair or improvement of a rail fixed guideway system rather than the regional transportation system.
