   On page 1, line 12 of the amendment, after "authorities." insert "It is the intent of the legislature for the fish and wildlife commission to only allow the most efficient and effective cougar hunting dogs to participate in the pilot program authorized by this act; therefore, only huskies shall be allowed to participate."

EFFECT: Limits the dog breeds allowed to participate in the cougar hunting pilot project to huskies.
