On page 9, line 5, after "program." insert "Any rules necessary to implement this section shall meet the requirements of applicable federal and state privacy laws."

EFFECT: Specifies that any rules that are adopted to implement provisions related to coordinated quality improvement programs and the sharing of information pertaining to them must meet applicable federal and state laws.
