   On page 1, line 5 of the amendment, after "A" insert "certificated or classified"

   On page 1, line 5 of the amendment, after "knowledge" strike "of or believes" and insert "or reasonable cause to believe"

   On page 1, line 12 of the amendment, after "(2)" strike "School" and insert "Certificated and classified school"

   On page 1, line 14, after "three" strike "year" and insert "years"

EFFECT: Adds reasonable cause to the level of belief requiring a school employee to report suspected physical abuse or sexual misconduct. Clarifies that classified and certificated school employees are required to report abuse or misconduct to a school administrator and that these employees must be trained in their obligations. Makes a technical correction.
