   On page 3, line 28 of the amendment, after "city official;" strike "one representative of a federally recognized Indian tribe;"

   On page 3, line 35 of the amendment, after "Cascades." insert "In making appointments, the governor is encouraged to consider that at least one board member also be a member of a federally recognized Indian Tribe. "

EFFECT: Retains the current board size and composition. Encourages the Governor to consider individuals who are also members of a federally recognized Indian Tribe when making appointments to the Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB).
