On page 3, after line 22 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(f) Nothing in this section precludes a court, in the exercise of its discretion, from allowing a person in good standing in a court-authorized relicensing program from continuing in the relicensing program as to any or all outstanding monetary penalties."
