On page 1, line 1 of the title, after "property;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "and amending RCW 63.29.350 and 63.29.180."

EFFECT: Withdraws language giving the Department of Revenue the ability to disclose certain information which is already allowed under current law. After abandoned property has been held by the Department for two years, a business or person may only receive up to a 10% commission of the property value that is returned to its rightful owner.
