On page 2, after "RCW 51.48.025." on line 6, add the following: ""Job performance" includes an employee's willingness to engage in all activities requested by an employer, even activities that are clearly and demonstrably in violation of state or federal law. An employer's requirement that an employee engage in illegal activities shall not limit the immunity afforded the employer under section 1 of this act."
