On page 4, after line 2 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(e) Comply with RCW 28A.400.285 by providing similar health benefits when contracting out services that have previously been performed by classified school employees;"

Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
