On page 12, beginning on line 16 of the amendment, after "bargaining" strike all material through "district" on line 19 of the amendment and insert "units of employees of charter schools shall be the same bargaining units of the school district in which the charter school is located"

On page 12, beginning on line 33 of the amendment, after "The bargaining" strike all material through "district" on line 36 of the amendment and insert "units of employees of charter schools shall be the same bargaining units of the school district in which the charter school is located"

On page 14, beginning on line 20 of the amendment, strike all of subsection (9) and insert the following:

"(9) The bargaining units of employees of charter schools shall be the same bargaining units of the school district in which the charter school is located."
