On page 3, after line 4, insert the following:

"(8) For students unable to enroll in a class required for the student's major due to the sequencing of courses, if the student enrolls in the class the next time it is offered, the institution must waive the tuition and fees for that class."

Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires the institution to make available in a timely manner the major required courses or waive that student's tuition for that class. Requires the student to enroll in the class the very next time it is offered.
