On page 2, after line 20, strike all of subsection (6)(a), (b), and (c)

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Eliminates registrar's fees charged to students at any public higher education institution for the purposes of tracking credits related to the surcharge for accumulating more than 125% of the credits required for a degree or certificate.
