On page 1, line 17, after "membership;" strike "or"

On page 2, line 3, after "applicants" insert "; or

(c) Enrollment of a child under this section would displace a child who is a resident of the district or the enrollment would place the school at its enrollment capacity"

EFFECT: Allows a school district to deny enrollment to a child covered by this bill if enrolling that child would displace a child who is a resident of the school district or if the enrollment would place the school at its enrollment capacity.
