On page 2, line 3, after "applicants" insert "; or

(c) Enrollment of a child under this section would displace a child who is a resident of the district"

EFFECT: Allows a school district to deny enrollment to a child covered by this bill if enrolling that child would displace a child who is a resident of the school district.
