On page 1, line 5 of the amendment, after "capacity" insert ", except that if a child is admitted under subsection (1) of this section, that child shall be permitted to remain enrolled at that school, or in that district's kindergarten through twelfth grade continuum, until he or she has completed his or her schooling"

EFFECT: An exemption is added to the underlying amendment to provide that if a child is initially enrolled at a school under this bill, then the child may remain at the school.
