EFFECT: Provides that eligibility for subsidized coverage under the Basic Health Plan is to remain at 200% of poverty, rather than being lowered to 175% of poverty. Increases health services account appropriations by $7.2 million in order to continue coverage after December 2003 for an estimated 4,600 enrollees with incomes over 175% of poverty.

Fiscal Impact: $7.2 Million Health Services Account.
