On page 6, after line 31, insert the following:

"(4) Until such time as a new transportation revenue package becomes law, thirty-five million dollars shall be transferred each fiscal year from the state general fund to the multimodal transportation account."

EFFECT: Provides $35 million annually for the multimodal transportation account from the state general fund.
