   On page 1, after line 7, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 66.44 RCW to read as follows:

Any establishment selling alcoholic beverages on the grounds of the University of Washington shall promote the sale of Washington products."

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
