On page 2, after line 24, insert the following:

"(g) One representative of conservation districts nominated by a statewide organization representing conservation districts in the state, appointed by the governor;"

Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Adds to the committee a representative of conservation districts nominated by a statewide association representing conservation districts and appointed by the governor.
