Background: Outdated internal references were discovered in the following sections of the Revised Code of Washington: 8.26.020, 9.94A.731, 11.68.090, 11.97.010, 11.97.900, and 29.81.310. The Office of the Code Reviser has proposed language to correct these references.

 

Summary of Bill: Technical amendments are made to RCW 8.26.020, 9.94A.731, 11.68.090, 11.97.010, 11.97.900, and 29.81.310.

Effective Date: Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
