Background: There is concern about the way in which impact fees are imposed on manufactured housing communities among local jurisdictions and that some jurisdictions treat these communities like single-family residential housing, but their impact is more like that of multifamily housing.

Summary of Bill: Manufactured housing communities are declared to be attached, multifamily housing units for purposes of imposing impact fees.

Appropriation: None.

Effective Date: Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
