     AN ACT Relating to reporting of felony complaints against physicians; and adding a new section to chapter 18.71 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   A new section is added to chapter 18.71 RCW to read as follows:
     A criminal justice agency, as defined by RCW 10.97.030, shall send a complete report to the commission of any record of arrest, charge, or allegation of criminal conduct possessed by the agency regarding a physician that would constitute a felony offense under chapter 9.94A RCW.
