     AN ACT Relating to the repeal of the medicaid prescription drug assistance program; and repealing RCW 74.09.650.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   RCW 74.09.650 (Prescription drug assistance program) and 2003 1st sp.s. c 29 s 2 are each repealed.
