     WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8400 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 2003 Regular Session of the Fifty-Eighth Legislature;
     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8400 shall not apply to the following measures:

Senate Joint Memorial 8005 (Requesting Congress to repeal estate tax)
Senate Joint Memorial 8006 (Requesting Congress to pass President's economic plan)
