HB 1064 - DIGEST

Declares that the uniform system adopted by the secretary under this act may allow signs, banners, or decorations over a highway that: (1) Are in unincorporated areas;

(2) Are at least twenty vertical feet above a highway; and

(3) Do not interfere with or obstruct the view of any traffic control device.

Requires the department to adopt rules regulating signs, banners, or decorations installed under this act.
