Provides for wildland fire fighting training.

Declares that fire fighter one training is a mandatory prerequisite for any individual fire fighter to participate in wildland training. Fire protection districts and city fire departments shall make fire fighter one training the primary training responsibility for fire fighters and wildland training the secondary responsibility.
