Authorizes the children of certificated and classified school employees to enroll at the school where the employee is assigned.

Provides that a district shall accept applications from nonresident students who are the children of full-time certificated and classified school employees residing in the state of Washington, and those children shall be permitted to enroll: (1) At the school to which the employee is assigned; or

(2) At a school forming the district's K through 12 continuum which includes the school to which the employee is assigned.

Provides that, in the case of a school that uses a lottery for admission, the children of full-time certificated and classified school employees shall be considered as residents of the school district for purposes of admission by lottery and shall be permitted to participate in the lottery on the same basis as all residents of the school district.
