Revises RCW 67.16.105 relating to parimutuel taxation.

Increases the parimutuel tax rate on the gross receipts of for-profit licensees whose annual receipts are less than $50 million from 0.52 percent to 1.803 percent.

Takes effect January 1, 2004.
