Declares an intent to provide additional protections to Washington drivers by making it unlawful to drive while fatigued.

Declares that it is unlawful for a person to operate a motor vehicle upon the highways of this state when the person is fatigued. Operation of a motor vehicle in violation of this act is prima facie evidence of reckless driving.
