Resolves that the Senate meet the House of Representatives in Joint Session on Tuesday, January 14, 2003, at 3:30 p.m. in the Worthington Center at Saint Martin's College, for the purpose of receiving the State of the State message of Governor Gary Locke.

Resolves that the Senate meet the House of Representatives in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 15, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. in the Supreme Court chambers in the Temple of Justice, for the purpose of receiving an address from the Chief Justice of the Washington State Supreme Court, Gerry Alexander.
