(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

Removes the sale of strong beer from the exclusive jurisdiction of the liquor control board.

Provides that strong beer may not be sold at a farmers market or under any endorsement which may authorize microbreweries to sell beer at farmers markets.

Requires the liquor control board to study the impacts of strong beer sales, and report its findings to the legislature by December 1, 2004.
