Revises provisions relating to the direct retail sale of sturgeon and tuna.

Requires the holder of a direct retail endorsement to notify the department at least twenty-four hours prior to conducting an in-person sale of salmon, sturgeon, tuna, or crab. The notification must provide the intended location of sale and the approximate sales hours.
