(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

Provides for the Performance Registration Information Systems Management Program (PRISM).

Provides that the department shall refuse to register a vehicle under chapter 46.87 RCW if the registrant or motor carrier responsible for the safety of the vehicle has been prohibited under federal law from operating by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Directs the department to suspend or revoke the registration of a vehicle registered under this chapter if the registrant or motor carrier responsible for the safety of the vehicle has been prohibited under federal law from operating by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
