   On page 4 of the amendment, after line 12, insert:

    "(3) This section does not apply to a person operating an off-road vehicle on private property."

EFFECT: Clarifies that the minimum age requirement for operating an off-road vehicle does not apply to a person operating an off-road vehicle on private property.
