On page 5, line 29, strike "five" and insert "twenty-one"
On page 6, beginning on line 24, strike all of subsection (1)
Renumber the remaining subsections accordingly.
EFFECT: Allows a non-Washington resident who does not possess an
ATV safety certificate to operate an ATV on public land for twenty-one
days in a calendar year, as opposed to five days.
Removes restrictions on ATVs crossing public streets, roads, or
highways.
