   On page 1, line 8, after "minor" strike "under thirteen years of age" and insert "fourteen years of age or younger"

   On page 1, line 10, after "minor" strike "under the age of thirteen" and insert "fourteen years of age or younger"

   On page 2, line 11, after "child," strike "age thirteen or older" and insert "over the age of fourteen"

   On page 3, line 11, after "child," strike "age thirteen or older" and insert "over the age of fourteen"

EFFECT: Permits a parent to consent to a mental health evaluation and treatment for his or her child who is age fourteen or younger regardless of the consent of the child.

Changes the age limitations for parent-initiated mental health treatment for minors to permit a parent to bring a child who is over the age of fourteen years into a mental health facility for evaluation and treatment.
