   On page 2, line 11, after "department" insert ". The department is authorized to establish a new limit only one time each year, to take effect July 1. The limit applies equally to all eligible applicants"

EFFECT: Clarifies that CTED may establish a new reimbursement limit one time each year, and that all eligible applicants will have the opportunity to receive reimbursement for eligible expenses up to that established limit.
