   EFFECT: 1) Clarifies that the goal of the product efficiency standards is to save nine hundred thousand megawatt-hours of electricity instead of nine million megawatt-hours.

   2) Makes a technical change to eliminate reference to agency rulemaking that does not occur under section 6 the act.

   3) Corrects two references to test methods to accurately state the name of the test method.

   4) Makes technical changes to clarify that the efficiency standards are set forth directly in section 4 of the act and not in rules adopted under section 4 the act.
