   On page 3, line 35, after "than" strike ": (a) A" and insert "a"

   On page 4, line 24, after "than" strike ": (a) A" and insert "a"

   On page 4, line 27, after "services" strike "; or (b) a good samaritan as defined in RCW 9A.42.010"

EFFECT: Removes the definition of "good samaritans." Removes the provisions intended to protect good samaritans who regularly provide care or assistance to dependant persons from liability for negligent acts that may rise to the level of criminal mistreatment in the third or fourth degree.
