On page 4, beginning on line 1, after "province." strike all material through "certification." on line 4
On page 4, after line 4, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 4 If the state board of pharmacy does not
enter into a written licensing agreement with Health Canada or an
applicable Canadian province for licensure of nonresident pharmacies by
January 1, 2006, this act is null and void."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Provides a null and void clause for the bill if a licensing agreement is not signed by January 1, 2006.
