   On page 1, line 9, after "effort." insert "The rule adopted by the commission must allow for the reporting requirement to be waived if the department was not able to receive the report for any reason."

EFFECT: Requires the Fish and Wildlife Commission to waive the requirement that harvest effort by reported if the Department of Fish and Wildlife was unable to receive the report.
