On page 4, beginning on line 33, after "punishable" strike all material through "payment of" on line 34, and insert "only by"
EFFECT: Deletes the word "confinement." Deletes the language authorizing confinement in the county jail for falsifying residency for vehicle registration purposes and clarifying that the fine is a gross misdemeanor punishable only by a fine of $529.
