   Correct the section numbers appropriately.

On page 6, beginning on line 12, strike all material through "law." on page 14, line 3

   Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly. Correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes evidentiary protections for statements of apology or fault and statements regarding remedial actions. Removes expanded evidentiary protections for offers to pay medical expenses. Removes the requirement that a prescription be hand printed, typewritten, or electronically generated. Removes the expansion of eligibility for coordinated quality improvement programs to include consortiums of five or more health care providers.
